Our Activities
FLEXUS INSURANCE BROKERAGE LTD in collaboration with National bank of Rwanda provides brokerage services and legal advice for our clients to enable them being covered in different classes of insurance as far as their activities are concerned.
The following are main activities we offer:
- Conducting a risk survey and advise clients on which insurance covers to adopt
- Assist in evaluation of offers and recommend the competitive offer
- Provide technical advice and client’s orientation to Insurers.
- Advice on the adequacy of the existing insurance policies
- Review the insurance contract proposed by the insurer and give recommendations to the client.
- Follow up of the policy administration during the period of contract
- Follow up of the claims on your behalf from the date of occurrence to the full claims settlement
- Work hard to simplify the insurance problems of our clients.
